Brandz Online firstly commenced as a Trade Media publication called Fun Foods Journal in October 1996. The publication was introduced to the market to keep retailers all over Australia informed of new products, consumer and retailer promotions, industry news and statistical data. It was originally delivered to just over 16,000 retailers and our very first edition was 16 pages. Fast forward 15 years and the reach increased to 22,000 retailers on a bi-monthly basis and increased to 36 pages. Fun Foods Journal had a name change to Brandz@Retail in 2011.
The business model of Impulse Marketing quickly moved into Mobile Apps and the Web. We now house most supplier product catalogues on our website – these are kept up to date on a daily basis which allow Suppliers/Wholesalers/Retailers and Consumers to have a central point for the latest product information.
The Brandz Retailer and Wholesaler Apps created an exciting new environment for us to get involved with. We now have over 145 Sales Representatives across Australia using the Brandz App to showcase new products, promotions, supplier catalogues etc to retailers. Plus our Consumer App has been downloaded from the iTunes App store over 3,000 times
The various Brandz businesses give suppliers a central portal for product information. We then ensure all parts of the supply chain have this information at their fingertips.
